These Christmas Monster Cookies are soft, chewy and packed full of peanut butter, oats and rich chocolate. The texture of these cookies are perfect and the Christmas M&Ms add the best crunch. They have the best of everything and are the perfect festive Christmas recipe for any holiday gathering.
If you are a fan of peanut butter then these cookies are for you. The peanut butter adds the perfect soft texture, while to oats make them super chewy. The rich melted chocolate adds so much flavor and the Christmas M&Ms make these cookies have the most perfect crunch. I add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt which tops them off perfectly.

What Should I Make These For?
This is the PERFECT cookie recipe for the holiday season. The flavors are festive and are sure to please a crowd. You could make these cookies for Christmas, or anytime throughout the season. They would be a wonderful recipe for a holiday family get together or to make for Santa on Christmas Eve.
Making them with your kids, best friend or lover would be such a fun festive holiday activity!! OR you could even make them for your neighbors, a cookie exchange, essential workers in your community, your church family or school teachers. Cookies always make such a kind and thoughtful gift. They’re also personal and affordable. The holidays are the best time to give homemade gift and spread the spirit of Christmas.

Christmas is such a special time of year. It’s brings up the beautiful opportunity of being intentional about giving and cooking and spending time with those you love most. Baking cookies is such a fun way to connect, take a step back and enjoy.
In the midst of all the fun events and delicious baked goods, it’s so important to take time to reflect on the true reason for the season: It’s Jesus, coming down to earth as a baby, fully God and fully human to take up our sins and save the world from death. That anyone who calls on His name, will be saved. We have life because of Him. That’s the true reason for the season.

It’s definitely not required but just a fun little tip, I like to use. I’ll share a link HERE to some on amazon if you’d like to try out this simple yet effective baking hack. (affiliate code)
