These Homemade Healthy Rocket Pops are so delicious, fruity and the perfect way to cool of this summer. They are layered with flavors of cherry, lemonade and blueberry to represent the colors red, white and blue. It’s a healthier version of classic summer popsicles.

You can even adjust these to other flavors you like that still represent the colors of red, white and blue. I love doing a homemade version of classic treats we all know and love and enjoyed while growing up. It’s just better because that way we know exactly what we’re putting in our bodies.

WELCOME TO MY SUMMER RECIPE SERIES– I thought it would be so fun to do a summer recipe series where I am making different fun recipes (some healthy some sweet) that are perfect to make during the summer months. They will be quick and easy recipes anyone can make.
Some of these recipes will be no bake or frozen and perfect for those days where you don’t want to turn your oven but still need a sweet treat!! AND THEN some, like this one, will be baked because sometimes you just need a warm chocolate chip cookie no matter the temperature outside. HAHA, ya feel me?


4th of July is one of my absolute favorite holidays. I love to celebrate my amazing country, the United States of America, and the freedom we have by the sacrifice of so many amazing men and woman. I love that are country is based on biblical principles and family.
Fourth of July is so fun with fireworks, sparklers, food and family!! My family always loves to celebrate our country on Independence Day by spending time with each other, having a cookout and having fun. We like having, hotdogs and hamburgers, watermelon, and corn on the cob, and OF COURSE, dessert!!

Here are some easy & delicious recipes from the series that would be PERFECT for the 4th of July:

I love creating a list of all the ingredients you will need to make my recipe on the post before the recipe. That way you can clearly see everything you’ll need and what you may need to go grab at the store to make them.
What You’ll Need:
- popsicle mold
- popsicle sticks
- frozen cherries
- frozen strawberries
- orange juice
- lemonade
- frozen blueberries
- milk
All the ingredients are very simple and easy to find at your local grocery store OR already in your kitchen ready to go. They are simple ingredients but together make such a delicious fun recipe and I’m so excited for you to try them out.

Method
- To start, make the red mixture by adding your frozen cherries, frozen strawberries, and orange juice into a blender cup. Blend until smooth.
- Pour your mixture evenly into your popsicle molds, filling it about 1/4 the way up.
- Put popsicle sticks in and let freeze for one hour to firm up.
- Remove your popsicle mold from freezer and add your lemonade evenly, filling it up another ¼ way full.
- Let freeze for another hour.
- To make the blue portion, add your frozen blueberries and milk into a blender cup and blend until smooth.
- Remove popsicle mold from freezer and add the blue layer, still leaving some popsicle stick for the handle.
- Freeze for 3-6 hours until frozen or overnight.
- To remove from popsicle mold, run it under warm water for a few seconds to loosen.
- Share and enjoy!!
