Homemade Healthy Rocket Pops

Rocket Pops are a classic treat for the 4th of July so this healthy homemade version will be sure to help you celebrate. They are filled with real fruit and juices and so patriotic and festive. They're made up of only a handful of ingredients and no added sugars. Rock out Independence Day with these delicious homemade healthy rocket popsicles.

Ingredients
  

for red:
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
for white:
  • 1 cup lemonade
for blue:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup milk

Method
 

  1. To start, make the red mixture by adding your frozen cherries, frozen strawberries, and orange juice into a blender cup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour your mixture evenly into your popsicle molds, filling it about 1/4 the way up.
  3. Put popsicle sticks in and let freeze for one hour to firm up.
  4. Remove your popsicle mold from freezer and add your lemonade evenly, filling it up another ¼ way full.
  5. Let freeze for another hour.
  6. To make the blue portion, add your frozen blueberries and milk into a blender cup and blend until smooth.
  7. Remove popsicle mold from freezer and add the blue layer, still leaving some popsicle stick for the handle.
  8. Freeze for 3-6 hours until frozen or overnight.
  9. To remove from popsicle mold, run it under warm water for a few seconds to loosen.
  10. Share and enjoy!!
