Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These protein balls are a quick and easy snack that are still sweet but much less sugar than your average snack!!

Servings 12 protein balls

Ingredients
  

  • -1 cup of oats heat treated
  • -1/3 cup peanut butter
  • -2 tablespoons of maple sugar or brown sugar
  • -2 tablespoons honey
  • -1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • -1 scoop of protein powder
  • -pinch of vanilla I used vanilla bean

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, add your peanut butter and oats and heat in the microwave for 1 minute (this kills any bacteria on the oats as well as melts the peanut butter down a bit.)
  • Add the rest on your ingredients into your bowl and mix until well combined and is able to form into balls.
  • If your dough is too crumbly, add another tablespoon of honey or pure maple syrup.
  • Roll into one inch balls and that’s it!
  • Share and enjoy and save the rest in the fridge for at least few days!
