Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick, softened, unsalted
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • Oreos to stuff cookies

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl add your peanut butter and softened butter and cream together.
  3. Add your brown sugar, sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add your eggs and vanilla and mix again.
  5. Once, everything is well combined, add your dry ingredients. Flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt. Stir until just combined.
  6. Chop 10 Oreos and pour them into your cookie dough and fold until just combined.
  7. Scoop your cookie dough with a 1-2 inch cookie scoop and then stuff with an Oreo cookie or scoop out your cookies into 1-2 inch balls and top with more chopped Oreos.
  8. Bake in your oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes until they start to set and brown.
  9. Remove from oven and using a round cookie cutter, scoot the edges of your cookies to make them perfectly round. (optional)
