Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3+1/3 cup sugar separated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Hershey Kisses

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl add your butter and peanut butter and mix until combined. Add your brown sugar and 1/3 cup of your white sugar and mix again until everything comes together.
  • Add your eggs and vanilla to your butter and sugar mixture and stir until it gets super fluffy.
  • Once all of you wet ingredients are combined, add your flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt and fold until combined.
  • Scoop out your cookie dough into 1-2 inch balls and roll into the remaining 1/3 cup of sugar. Place onto your baking sheet a few inches apart and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, top with a chocolate kiss (I used Hersheys) and place back in the oven for 1 more minute. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve, share and enjoy!!
