Method
- In a large blender cup, add your pineapple, coconut milk, and pineapple juice & blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Place in the freezer and let chill for 4-6 hours.
- Once frozen, run under warm water for a few seconds. Release from your molds and store in the freezer.
- Remove from freezer when ready to enjoy!!
