Homemade Fudgsicles

Creamy, smooth homemade chocolate fudgsicles are the perfect way to cool off this summer. Rich and chocolatey and tastes similar to a fudgsicle you'd buy at the store.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. In a sauce pan add your sugar, cocoa powder, salt & cornstarch.
  2. Turn heat to medium and add your vanilla, milk and heavy cream and mix until well combined.
  3. Once your mixture is combined pour it into your popsicle mold and allow to freeze.
  4. Once completely frozen, remove from the mold and enjoy!
