Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks, browned
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Directions:
  2. In a large bowl combine brown butter and sugars and whip it up for awhile until it’s fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
  3. In a Medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt & then add into your wet mixture & mix until just combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips & toffee bits.
  5. Bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with salt flakes and more chocolate chips and voila, ENJOY.
