Banana Foster Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 bananas sliced

Method
 

  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat add your butter and sugar and let dissolve and start to bubble and cook.
  2. Keep stirring and watching and letting your mixture come together and bubble.
  3. Remove from heat and add heavy whipping cream and keep mixing until caramel sauce comes together.
  4. Add your sliced bananas and let soak in the caramel and soften up.
  5. Top over your vanilla Ice cream and Enjoy!!
