A large bowl add your flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. Whisk until combined.
Add your milk, egg, vanilla, and olive oil and mix again until pancake batter forms.
Swirl in a few tablespoons of apple butter, not mixing it fully into the batter.
On a pan on medium heat coated in olive oil or butter, add about a ¼ cup of batter and flip when butter start to form. Let cook on each side.
Continue with rest of your batter.
Once your pancake are done, serve with pure maple syrup, apple butter and any other toppings you’d like.
