These Valentines Chocolate Sugar Cookies with Pink Frosting and Fancy Sprinkles Valentines Baking Confetti are soft and delicious. They’re the perfect sweet treat to make for Valentines Day with your love.
Baking during Valentines is one of my favorite times to bake. Everything is pink and red and purple and is giving off sweet vibes. It’s so cute. These cookies are so festive and fun for love day.

I partnered up with Fancy Sprinkles to use their Valentines Baking Confetti in my Valentines baking. It’s so bright and colorful and the perfect festive touch to add to any cookies or brownies. They are available for Limited Time at Walmart.
I love creating a list of all the ingredients you will need to make my recipe on the post before the recipe. That way you can clearly see everything you’ll need and what you may need to go grab at the store to make them.
What You’ll Need:
- butter
- sugar
- brown sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- cornstarch
- baking soda
- baking powder
- salt
- al purpose flour
- cocoa powder

- powdered sugar
- heavy whipping cream
- pink food coloring
- parchment paper
All the ingredients are very simple and easy to find at your local grocery store OR already in your kitchen ready to go. They are simple ingredients but together make such a delicious fun recipe and I’m so excited for you to try them out.


Valentines Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl cream your butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add your vanilla extract, eggs and stir until well combined.
- Add your flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Pour in about half the bag of your Fancy Valentines Baking Confetti sprinkles (reserving the rest for the tops of your cookies) and stir in until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop your cookie dough into 1-2 inch balls and place on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 350 F for 8-10 minutes until edges start to set.
- Remove from oven, use a round glass or cookie cutter to scoot around the edges of the cookies to make them round and thicker. Let cool.
- In a bowl of a mixer add your butter and whip on high until light and fluffy and lighter in color.
- Add your powdered sugar 1 cup at a time mixing in between each addition. Add pinch of salt and mix.
- Add your heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract and whip it up.
- Add a drop of pink food coloring and using a spatula gently mix it in.
- Swirl a scoop of frosting onto each cookie and top with some of your Fancy Valentines Baking Confetti.
- Serve, share and enjoy!!
