To Make:
Pumpkin French Toast is so easy to make, only taking a few steps!! Of course you make the mixture that you dip your brioche bread in before cooking, then lots of toppings like pure maple syrup and a homemade cinnamon whipped cream.
To start, you mix together your eggs, cream, cinnamon, pumpkin, etc. Then once that’s well combined, you dip your thick brioche bread on both sides before placing it into your pan on the stove.

To make the whipped cream, add some heavy whipping cream, pure maple syrup and cinnamon into a large measuring cup and use a milk brother or handheld blend to whip it up until it thickens. Homemade whipped cream is literally the best because there’s so added ingredients that you can’t pronounce so you know its natural and real.
Once it’s cooked on both sides you can add your homemade creamy cinnamon whipped cream, as well as some powdered sugar, and pure male syrup. It tops these off perfectly making them the most perfect autumn breakfast.
