We all know that one of the things that makes the world go round… is COFFEE. My family is a big coffee family. All three of my sisters have been baristas at some point in time. As for me, I was never an official barista but here I am on my food blog becoming an honorary barista.
This cold brew coffee drink is as SIMPLE as can be and is a copycat of the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks. It’s SO good. I love that drink from Starbucks so it’s super nice to be able to have this recipe I can make at home.
Fall is one of my favorite times to make and share recipes. The flavors of fall are very satisfying and cozy and warm. Pumpkin, cinnamon, spices, vanilla, maple, and apple. They are all so good.
If you like this recipe, I also made a Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew recipe as well. It’s so yum and if you aren’t a huge pumpkin person, that may be a better choice for you.
I grew up in Ohio where the falls are beautiful and all the leaves change and the air is crisp. I now live in Florida and although it’s not like home, some of the leaves do change here too and the weather eventually cools down a tad. I sure am thankful for the sun here though. The gray skies is what I don’t miss. Plus, the ice coffee is better in the heat. HAHA
The process is simple, grab a glass and add all your ingredients (the measurements are down below) and use a mini whisk or milk frother to whip it up until well combined and fluffy.
Then grab your favorite cold brew, whether that’s homemade or one you can buy at the store. Add it to a glass with some ice and then top it with the pumpkin cold foam. I like to add a dash of cinnamon on top of mine.
See, so quick and easy. Anyone who loves coffee and pumpkin will love this fall themed coffee cold brew. Making coffee at home can save you a lot of money if you buy coffee out a lot.
