With summer comes many tropical flavors… in this case IT’S MANGOS. Mangos are such a fun flavorful fruit. I’ve also heard it’s one of the MOST consumed fruits in the world which is actually pretty crazy because I feel like I haven’t eaten it that much.
I love using mangos for smoothie bowls but why not put it in CHEESECAKE BARS. Plus these are no bake so they are the perfect summer dessert. No oven required.

Jump to RecipeThey are super easy to make and the ingredients are simple. These bars consist of 1.) the graham cracker crust and 2.) the cheesecake filling. That’s where the mangos are incorporated. They are seriously so easy and one thing I love about cheesecake is that there is NO BAKING REQUIRED, so they are muchgh more easy to make compared to normal cheesecakes.
What you’ll need:
- Butter
- Graham crackers
- Brown Sugar
- Mangoes
- Cream Cheese
- Vanilla extract
- Whipped Topping (I used Truwhip)
See? The ingredients list is so simple and everything is easily found at your local grocery store. Graham crcakers make for such a good cheesecake crust and the butter and brown sugar makes it perfect.

No-Bake Mango Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
For Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 sleeve crushed graham crackers (about 9 full size graham crackers)
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
For Cream Cheese mixture:
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tub whipped topping (I used Truwhip)
- 1 cup chopped mangoes
Instructions
- For the crust, add stir together your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar until well combined and comes together slightly when you press it.
- Pour it into a 9 by 13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper and press it down.
- Let it chill in the fridge.
- In a large bowl add your cream cheese, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and whip it up until its well combined.
- Fold in you whipped topping (I used Truwhip)
- Chop up your mangoes and fold into mixture. (I used Harry & David mangoes)
- Pour your mixture into the prepared crust and spread it out evenly.
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm enough to cut.
- Cut into bars, share and enjoy!!
