Jump to RecipeI absolutely love drinking hot chocolate in the colder months. Even here in Florida it gets pretty chilly in December and January (which I know may come as a surprise) but I love making warm drinks during those times. When I moved to Florida I was like WHAAAA it still gets cold!! HAHA
Growing up in Ohio, during the winter months, my siblings and I would spend hours all bundled up in the snow and then come back inside and drink hot cocoa. CORE MEMORY.
Cinnamon in Hot Cocoa is honesty such a game changer. It adds extra flavor that is so enjoyable and makes int even more comforting and warm. You can add however much or little you would like to and you can of course still make this recipe without it too.
I love taking the classics and adding a fun spin on it and this cinnamon hot cocoa is just that!! I don’t know if you have ever heard of Mexican hot chocolate before but it definitely gives that vibe. Cinnamon hot chocolate is literally so good.
