Pancakes is such a beloved classic breakfast food so I love creating a recipe that captures that but also adds in the flavors of fall. Pancakes are such a nostalgic and warm and cozy food. They are quick to make and the batter comes together in no time.

Baking and cooking in the fall is so special and fun. I love all the flavors and smells of fall. They are so cozy and comforting. Flavors and scents of cinnamon, apples, pumpkin, maple, brown butter, ginger, coffee, brown sugar and more. It all just makes the season so festive and nostalgic.
Warm spices and delicious apple butter make these pancakes perfect. They are perfectly spiced and swirled and topped with apple butter. You can also top these off with pure maple syrup, whipped cream or any toppings you’d like.
