Welcome to my 12 Days of Christmas Cookie Series
Every year, I do a Christmas cookie series in the months of November and December called my 12 days of Christmas cookie series. I share 12 new different Christmas Cookie recipes and you guys seem to love them AND I love doing it, so it has become my tradition.
This is my 5th year doing this series and it truly is so much fun. Baking during Christmas time is so nostalgic and special. Sharing all of these cookie recipes, really gives me a fun excuse to try out new flavors.

Here are some of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes:
- Cutout Gingerbread Cookies
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Marbled Cookies
- White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Nut Cookies
- Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
- Hot Cocoa Cookies
- Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Representing all the Christmas flavors in my series is a high priority. I LOVEEEE the cozy flavors of Peppermint, Cinnamon, Gingerbread, Nutmeg, Peanut Butter and Chocolate, Hot Cocoa, brown sugar, marshmallow, caramel, and love to make cookies inspired by them in my series.

How to Make These?
These White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies are soft chewy and have crispy edges. They are made with butter stirred together with white sugar and rich brown sugar. Then eggs and vanilla are added and mixed until well combined. Add your dry ingredients until the dough forms. I use all purpose flour for this.
Then, the thing that makes these full of flavor- The toasted Macadamia Nuts add the perfect crunch and the white chocolate chips are so smooth and add the perfect sweetness.
To give the cookies that picture perfect look- I love adding extra white chocolate chips and toasted macadamia nuts on top. I also love using a round cookie cutter to scoot the edges in when they come out of the oven. This makes them super round and uniform. HERE is the link to some!
I also LOVE using Maldon Salt Flakes to sprinkle on top. Adding a pinch of seat salt over the top really helps balance out the sweetness!

What Should I Make These For?
These cookies are perfect to make all year round but especially for the holidays. They’re so tasty and flavorful. You could make them for your Christmas cookie boxes or gifts. They would be so good to give to neighbors or co-workers or to share with family members. You could make these cookies with your loved ones, kids or friends.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Toast your macadamia nuts in a small baking dish for 5-10 minutes in the oven, until they start to brown. Watch carefully as they could burn easily. (Doing this is worth it and adds so much flavor) Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, cream together your butters and sugars until light and fluffy. Add your eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Add your flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined.
- Pour your toasted chopped macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips into your cookie dough, saving some for the tops of the cookies.
- Scoop your cookie dough out into 1-2 inch balls and place on your baking sheets lined with parchment paper a few inches apart. Top with extra toasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies start to get golden. Remove them from the oven and let cool. Top with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Let cool, serve, share and enjoy!!
