Strawberry Crumble

WELCOME TO MY SUMMER RECIPE SERIES– This year, I decided to start a summer recipe series where I am making different fun recipes (some healthy some sweet) that are perfect to make during the summer months.

Some of these recipes will be no bake or frozen and perfect for those days where you don’t want to turn your oven but still need a sweet treat!! AND THEN some will be baked because sometimes you just need a warm chocolate chip cookie no matter the temperature outside.

I am sharing video tutorials showing how to make the recipes, on my TikTok, YouTube and IG!! That way you guys can see how to make them and have the smoothest process possible!!

Have other fruit? You can totally swap out the strawberries in this recipe for blueberries, blackberries, peaches, apples or a mixed fruit cobbler too!! The only thing you would need to adjust is the bake time for some fruits would need more time to get soft.

Delicious Strawberry Crumble

I love creating a list of all the ingredients you will need to make my recipe on the post before the recipe. That way you can clearly see everything you’ll need and what you may need to go grab at the store to make them.

What You’ll Need:

  • strawberries
  • sugar
  • corn starch
  • lemon juice (or water)
  • flour (all purpose)
  • oats
  • brown sugar
  • salt
  • butter
  • vanilla ice cream
  • ramekins or baking dish

All the ingredients are very simple and easy to find at your local grocery store OR already in your kitchen ready to go. They are simple ingredients but together make such a delicious fun recipe and I’m so excited for you to try them out.

Summer desserts are so fresh and yum!!
