- pasta
- butter
- Milk
- cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper

Skillet Baked Mac and Cheese
An easy fun twist on the beloved classic. Easy cheesy and oh so delicious.
Ingredients
- 5 cups of water
- 16 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese separated
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water add your pasta and stir frequently until cooked.
- Strain the water from the pasta. While your pasta is straining, add your butter, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper to your pot and stir and melt until a sauce forms.
- Add your pasta and stir until coated in the sauce. Once your pasta is done, add some into your skillets, and bake in the oven at 350° until it’s golden in color and the cheese has melted. (Around 10 minutes)
- Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy.
