No Bake Cookie Bars

September 3, 2022

No bake cookies are an absolute classic. They are quick and simple to make, plus there is no baking required! There is just something about the peanut butter and chocolate combo that is just so homey and delicious.

What are no bake cookies? No bake cookies are cookies made on your stove top and usually they have oats in them. First you make an ooey gooey chocolatey mixture then add peanut butter and vanilla and stir it in. Once its all combined add your oats and mix and place them in dollops on some parchment paper until they set and enjoy! For these bars we will be making the mixture but then adding them to a baking dish to set and then cut into squares.

What you’ll need—

•milk

•sugar

•butter

•cocoa powder

•peanut butter

•vanilla extract

•salt

•old fashioned rolled oats

•rice cereal

These are super simple to make and whip up in no time. They’re perfect for a family get together or lunches.
