Berries & Cream Smoothie

January 24, 2023

Smoothies are one of the most easy and delicious things to make. They are so good, very customizable, healthy, quick to make and not to mention so cute. I love foods that are simple but packed full of nutrients and flavors and can be made in just a couple of minutes.

This smoothie is a little bit different then your average smoothie. It is layered with whipped cream and delicious berry smoothie. That’s why I gave it the name “berries & cream” of course. For the whipped cream portion of this, I used Truwhip original whipped topping and it’s so good.

Berries & Cream make for the perfect smoothie combination!!

What you’ll need:

  • frozen strawberries
  • frozen blueberries
  • frozen bananas
  • milk
  • whipped cream or whipped topping
  • protein powder (optional)
  • chia seeds (optional)

Can this be made DAIRY FREE?

Yes!! It can!! Although I used dairy milk in this smoothie you can 100% switch it to a dairy free milk like almond or oat milk. AND if you add the whipped cream portion, Truwhip is dairy free whipped topping and has no corn syrups or unhealthy add ins like most other brands do!!

Berries & cream smoothie FOR THE WIN!!
